Warranty & Returns

This return policy applies to products purchased from Weblectronics. Weblectronics provides refunds for purchases made at Weblectronics company owned retail store and on the Weblectronics e-commerce sites.

Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Weblectronics will provide refunds to customers who return products, when they are in their original condition and packaging (if any), within 14 days after receiving the order by the customer. E-commerce purchases can be returned via mail or at the retail store at the Huifakkerstraat12, 4815PN Breda, the Netherlands.

In-store return: a customer can return their product(s) purchased from a Weblectronics Store at the physical Weblectronics Store in Breda. The product should be packed in its original condition, packaging, reclamations should be made within fourteen (14) days after receiving the package; and with the original packing receipt. If so a customer will receive a complete refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Returns for purchases via Paypal: PayPal purchases could only be returned through the mail.

All products sold at Weblectronics are intended for "end user" customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. Reselling a product of Weblectronics is prohibited without prior written approval. Weblectronics may refuse to sell any products to any person that Weblectronics believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavours to violate this policy.

Returns that sent unstamped, are not accepted by Weblectronics. The customer will receive the refund from Weblectronics within 30 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. 

The following claimsare excluded
- Damage resulting from improper use by consumer
- Moisture or water damage caused by the consumer
- Broken displays and screens caused by consumer
- Software that isunsealed by the consumer
- Items that are damaged or incomplete by the consumer
- Articles specifically ordered for the consumer

There may be several reasons to return your order. For every reason a separate return procedure applies. Please read this page carefully in order to avoid misunderstandings.

1. Damaged or defective items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please get in contact via mail serviceteam@weblectronics.com. Or call our Customer Service via +31 (0)76 549 33 24. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you don’t make contact with Weblectronics, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

- You must ensure that the package is protected thorough an over pack. Please do not stick any labels or notes on the original packaging.
- You must send your invoice or a copy thereof with the shipment.
- You should add to the description of the defect and include your name and full address data and a complete Weblectronics Return Form in the return package.

2. Damaged delivered items in case of liquids or other consumer goods.
Weblectronics send its packages through Post NL. It may occur that a package which contains liquids for example is damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged product you can refuse the package and the package will get back to Weblectronics.We will make a new shipment in this case. If you have not refused the package, please send a photograph of the damaged package and product to the Customer Serviceteam of Weblectronics via Serviceteam@weblectronics.com. Please also add your complaint in this mail.

3. Defective product within the warranty period
It may occur that your product breaks down within the warranty period, if this is the case then you should perform the following operations. If you received an item that is defective within the warranty period, please get in contact via mail serviceteam@weblectronics.com. Or call our Customer Service via +31 (0)76 549 33 24. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you don’t make contact with Weblectronics, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

4. Defective product out of warranty
It may occur that your product breaks down when the warranty period has expired, if this is the case then you should perform the following operations.

 For all repairs which are out of warranty a standard fee of € 45, - for research costs are taken into account. After we have conducted research we can provide you an estimated repair price.

6. Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
- When purchasing products, a consumer has the right to dissolve a contract, without giving reasons, during a period of at least 14 days. The trader is allowed to ask a consumer for the reason of this dissolution, but the consumer is under no obligation to state his/her reason(s).
- The period stipulated in para. 1 commences on the day after the product was received by the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the transporting party, or:
- If the consumer has ordered several products: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, received the last product. The trader may refuse a single order for several products with different delivery dates, provided he clearly informed the consumer of this prior to the ordering process.
- If the delivery of a product involves different deliveries or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, received the last delivery or the last part;
- With contracts for the regular delivery of products during a given period: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, received the last product.
